Job Title : Dirt Work Foreman

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Dirt Work Foreman to join our team. As a Dirt Work Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of dirt work projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage a team of dirt work operators and laborers
• Plan and schedule dirt work projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition
• Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge
• Communicate with clients and project managers to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that arise
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including labor and equipment usage, and prepare reports as needed
