CPA Licensed VP Controller

A company is looking for a VP, Controller to plan and direct the accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee corporate operations of the Finance Department, including financial reporting and reconciliations

Ensure compliance with US GAAP and prepare financial reports and analyses

Manage tax estimates and returns preparation, and collaborate with auditors for financial statement audits

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in finance / accounting or equivalent experience

Five or more years of management experience

CPA accreditation preferred

Seven to ten years of related experience in the finance / accounting industry

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
