We are looking for a skilled Controller to join our client in Nashville, Tennessee. Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including payroll management and financial reporting.
• Direct financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage month-end close processes and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Supervise accounting staff, fostering team development and assisting with future hiring initiatives.
• Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, including integration processes.
• Implement and optimize automation tools and systems for processes like invoice generation, revenue recognition, payroll, and expense reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial audits and prepare accurate financial statements.
• Conduct variance analysis and monthly balance sheet reconciliations to monitor financial performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
