We are seeking a Controller with a variety of industry experience to become a PERMANENT, full-time member of our consulting team in Nashville. (This is not a contract role.) Earn annual salary in the range of $110k - $150k plus benefits

Controllers are ready to use their finely tuned technical skills and knowledge of GAAP to help businesses achieve goals. These confident, resourceful leaders roll up their sleeves to solve problems and advise stakeholders. Always mitigating risk and maximizing profit. Accounting experience gives Controllers wisdom beyond the numbers.

Examples of Controller Responsibilities :

• Plan, direct and oversee accounting operations (such as A / R, A / P, GL, payroll).
• Perform job costing, WIP, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, etc.
• Set controls, budgets and metrics.
• Produce accurate, timely reports.
• Accomplish month-end and year-end close processes.
• Standardize and maintain systems.
• Conduct internal audits; comply with external audits.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Contribute to management’s financial decision-making processes.
• Train other staff members.
• Orchestrate change.
