Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the defined deadlines
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of latest developments
- Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory
- Manage and / or participate in regional and national tradeshows and conferences
- Identify and develop sales opportunities by cold calling throughout the territory
- Report on sales activity and results (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)
- Present products and services to prospective customers and identify customer needs
- Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices
