Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Interior Designer. The position is located in Irvine, CA. The Commercial Interior Designer will be responsible to collaborate with the team on multiple projects in all phases of work :

• Field Survey and CAD documentation
• Drafting
• Develop Pricing Plans
• Product / Material Research
• Develop Finish Schemes
• Design Development and Presentations
• Develop Construction Documents
• City Submittal and liaising with government agency personnel
• Coordination with consulting engineers
• Assist with reviewing submittals and RFIs
• Attend client and construction meetings
• Attend Punch Walks and prepare project close out documents
• Specifying FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).

Candidate Requirements :

Salary will commensurate on experience.
