About The Position

Ameren Services provides administrative support and services to Ameren Corporation and its operating companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates. Nearly 1,400 employees serve the company with business planning, communications, diversity, financial support, human resources, information technology, legal counsel, safety, and supply services.

This is a spring, Jan-Aug 26 Co-Op in St. Louis, MO.

Co-Ops will participate in meaningful work activities related to data entry, reporting from existing tools, analyzing data, project management, and developing and fielding surveys. Co-Ops are assigned a mentor to guide you through your Co-Op, with coaching and feedback being a key part of your experience. You will work with a talented, experienced Data Analytics staff and gain exposure to technologies such as :

• Programming Platforms : InMoment and Qualtrics
• Tools : MS Office and Power BI

The program offers valuable work experience and serves as a talent pipeline for full-time positions.

Qualifications

Current student pursuing a Bachelors or Masters in Marketing, Marketing Research, Data Analytics, or a related computer field from an accredited college or university is required. A GPA of 2.5 or above is required.

Compensation : We consider factors like skills, experience, education, and internal equity when determining salary. The range is $19.00 - $29.00 per hour.
