About the Role

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will play a key role in assisting union members who have requested information about their benefits. This is not cold-calling or door-to-door workyour conversations will be with members who are already expecting your call.

Day-to-day responsibilities include answering inbound inquiries, placing outbound follow-up calls, scheduling and conducting meetings, presenting benefit options, completing paperwork, and ensuring quality service. For those who are ambitious, this role also offers a clear track into leadership and management positions.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy.
• Schedule and manage appointments with union members.
• Present benefit information clearly and effectively to individuals and families.
• Complete all paperwork and documentation to company standards.
• Provide attentive service and maintain long-term member relationships.
• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development.
