We are seeking a skilled Office Assistant with good experience to join our team,
Responsibilities
- Answer and correctly route all incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries promptly in a courteous, professional manner
- Handle all shipping and receiving of mail and packages
- Tracking and ordering necessary supplies
- Assist Accounting with receipt tracking for credit card reconciliation, employee expense reporting, and mailing checks
