Site Superintendent / Crew Leader

Location : Indianapolis, IN

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience)

Schedule : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews on residential concrete job sites
• Oversee the preparation, installation, and finishing of concrete
• Manage project schedules, workflow, and site coordination
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant job sites
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and the office
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Track project progress and address any issues or delays
• Train and mentor crew members
