Technical Liaison for SBIR

A company is looking for a SBIR Technical Liaison (ARPA-H, Office of Commercialization).

Key Responsibilities

Develop due diligence reports on SBIR topics and assess potential commercial opportunities

Track and analyze technical communications from SBIR performers and provide recommendations on progress

Support the development of commercialization capabilities and evaluate compliance with SBIR guidance

Required Qualifications

Ph.D. degree in science, health, healthcare, research, or relevant fields

6+ years of relevant experience in federal government project management, research, or policy development in the health sector

Additional education may substitute for experience

Experience with project management tools and software

Intermediate experience with AI tools and business intelligence platforms
