Kissimmee Youth Academy in Kissimmee, Florida, is a secure Youth Academy providing trauma-informed residential care for males ages 14 to 18. The program focuses on mental health and substance abuse treatment, offering a structured environment that combines clinical therapy, education, and enrichment activities. Youth receive individualized treatment based on their needs, participating in individual, group, and family therapy, as well as life skills training, restorative justice practices, victim impact awareness, and pre-vocational preparation. Licensed professionals provide 24 / 7 care in small group living units, and a licensed dietitian oversees nutritional support to promote stabilization and successful reintegration into the community.

Position Summary Food Service Worker Job in Kissimmee, Florida

We are hiring a Food Service Worker to support kitchen operations at Kissimmee Youth Academy. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in institutional or large-volume cooking who want to contribute to a positive, youth-focused environment. You will prepare meals, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and help ensure nutritional needs are met within a secure residential facility.
