United Methodist Homes , a non-profit senior living organization serving its 140-year mission to provide relationship-centered care, is currently seeking a Registered Nurse/ R.N. to work on our Wesley Village campus located in Shelton, CT at our Skilled Nursing community: Bishop Wicke Health & Rehabilitation Center. Shifts Available: Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Shelton, CT, 06484. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and evaluating patient health status
• Developing and implementing patient care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical history
• Collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members
• Providing patient education and support
• Ensuring patient safety and satisfaction
• Documenting patient care and progress

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Connecticut
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
