Job Description

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include :

• Lead planning, execution, and closeout of healthcare and office building projects
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to define scope and schedule
• Select and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and project milestones
• Resolve issues proactively and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and legal requirements
• Prepare and review proposals, budgets, and progress reports
• Support preconstruction efforts including estimating and value engineering
• Conduct regular site visits and team meetings to ensure alignment
