Senior Construction Project Manager
As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will lead all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include :
- Manage multiple concurrent construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Lead subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance management
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
- Maintain accurate documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reports
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
- Support business development and client relationship management
- Collaborate with field leadership to ensure seamless execution
