Role Overview
We are seeking a highly specialized and hands-on AI / ML Snowflake Architect with a strong background in Data Science (ML) to lead the design and implementation of our real-time and predictive analytics platform for Internet of Things (IoT) devices. This senior role blends Data Science and Cloud Architecture, focusing on leveraging Snowflake (including Snowpark, Snowpipe, and Snowflake Cortex) to ingest, transform, analyze, and build production-ready machine learning models on large, high-velocity IoT sensor data. The ideal candidate will design the end-to-end data and MLOps architecture for use cases such as predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and time-series forecasting.
Responsibilities
Architect, implement, and optimize data pipelines and ML models on Snowflake for real-time and predictive analytics of IoT data.Design end-to-end data and MLOps architecture including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and model deployment.Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to productionize ML models (MLOps) and ensure scalability, reliability, and observability.Evaluate and implement Snowflake features (Snowpark, Snowpipe, Snowflake Cortex) to support advanced analytics use cases such as predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and time-series forecasting.Qualifications
Master's / Bachelor's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in AI / ML or Data Science roles.Minimum 3+ years in a Lead Architect or Principal Data Scientist role, specifically architecting solutions on a major cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred).Additional Details
