Job Summary

Elevate the guest experience to premium heights! As Premium Manager, you will oversee all premium hospitality spaces including suites, clubs, and VIP areas. You will lead service execution, ensure top-tier experiences, and coordinate closely with culinary and operations teams to deliver luxury at every touchpoint.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Hospitality or related field

35 years of leadership experience in premium or luxury foodservice

Proven success managing VIP service environments

Proficiency with POS systems and event logistics

ServSafe and Alcohol Service Certification preferred

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations of all premium spaces

Hire, train, and develop premium hospitality staff

Ensure elevated guest service standards and presentation

Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and event teams

Manage inventory and ordering for premium areas

Monitor labor and expenses to meet operational targets
