We represent clients in EEO claims, MSPB appeals, OPM disability retirement, Veterans Affairs civilian matters, federal labor union disputes, and SSDI applications and appeals.We are not a big firm where youll be another cog in the wheel. The Role : We are seeking an experienced litigation attorney (57+ years) who thrives in hearings, trials, and complex legal disputes. This is an in-person role in Houston (with flexibility for highly experienced candidates).You will : Represent federal employees in litigation and administrative hearings (EEO, MSPB, OPM disability, SSDI). Conduct depositions, evidentiary hearings, and settlement negotiations. Draft and argue motions, appeals, and briefs. Manage a litigation-heavy caseload with support from paralegals and fellow attorneys. Work directly with clients to advise, prepare, and advocate effectively.We believe litigation is not just about fighting; its about strategy, preparation, and delivering clients peace of mind. Who You Are : Licensed attorney (any state bar, since this is federal law). 57+ years of litigation and hearing experience (employment law or SSDI preferred). Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Comfortable handling complex cases with independence and accountability. A problem-solver who brings practical solutions, not just legal theory. Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable. A team player; no egos, just results. Preferred but Not Required : Federal employee law experience.
