Associate LPN LVN - FLOAT PERSONNEL

Description

The Associate LPN LVN administers nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse and / or the Physician / Advance Practice Provider (APP). This role utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the principles of the nursing process when delivering care. Performs designated patient care duties to the maximum extent allowed by Licensed Practical / Vocational Nursing Practice Act. Actions will reflect the organization's core values.

Required Qualifications :

• Graduate of an accredited licensed practical / vocational nursing program.
• Upon hire : California Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Within 30 days of hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon hire : IV Certification.
