Senior Billing Specialist - Elite / 3E

About Our Client

Well-established law firm based in Matawan, NJ. This role is 2 days per week in office with 3 from home, and offers an individual with Elite or 3E software experience a chance to work on a collaborative team at a top legal firm.

Job Description

This role will involve :

• Extensive experience in Time Billing
• Handle eBilling submissions through various platforms
• Prepare and submit accurate client invoices in accordance with firm and client billing policies.
• Review time entries for compliance and completeness; make necessary edits or adjustments.
• Monitor billing status and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have :

• Elite system experience required
• 5-10 years experience within eBilling
• eBilling required - as we use many portals, so they want someone comfortable using a wide variety of eBilling portals.
• Strong BI tool usage (Tableau or Microsoft Power BI) is an advantage. Advanced Excel skill is a must have.
• Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
• A resourceful problem solver when resources are scarce, and information is incomplete.
• Strong understanding of process and operations in a fast-paced business environment.
