You would be required to move to the state of Louisiana (Baton Rouge or New Orleans area) to fulfill this role.

Your Role :
As a Construction Estimator , you'll be right in the action, checking out roofs, talking to customers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly with your projects.
Here's what you'll be doing. (Including but not limited to) :
- Measure roofing and repair projects to provide accurate estimates.
- Safely inspect roofs and attics to identify damage, taking care while walking on roofs.
- Maintain clear communication with customers at every stage of the project.
- Thoroughly document and manage customer information in Garcia’s CRM system.
- Oversee and manage your roofing project for a hassle-free, customer experience.
- Generate leads by canvassing during off-peak seasons to boost business.
What We're Looking For :
- Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to use a ladder and safely access the roof and attic.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
