Personal Assistant to HNW Principal, Miami, Florida
A HNW Principal is looking for a Personal Assistant, right hand to organize and manage his busy life. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is very detail-oriented, very organized, pro-active and is a true problem solver.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience managing a household staff and has done property management work.
About the Job :
Support the Principal as a right hand with all day-to-day matters including heavy calendar management
Organize and manage domestic / international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries
Prioritize emails and craft them on the principals’ behalf, as needed
Pay bills and help manage the principal’s investment portfolio / reporting as well as review contracts
Expense reporting
Handle personal work, ad hoc errands, set up medical appointments
Plan dinners / events (familiarity with local restaurants a PLUS)
Manage and pro-actively handle any household issues, repairs, renovations and oversee household staff
Ad hoc special projects
24 / 7 availability via cell within reason
1099 Employee / contract. All employees of the firm are 1099 employees
Salary plus discretionary bonus, healthcare stipend if needed
About You :
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant supporting a HNW Principal or C-Suite executive
Bachelor’s Degree
Very detail oriented and organized with a pro-active problem solving mentality
High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information; high emotional and intellectual intelligence
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; Tech savvy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive can do attitude with a warm engaging personality that really cares about making sure the principal’s needs are met
