Pay Frequency : Weekly

Sid Grinker Restoration is seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems most importantly is a lead by example kind of person.

As a Senior HVAC Technician, you'll believe in getting the job done right the first time. You will be responsible for overseeing and training junior technicians and will hold your team accountable to the same quality standard, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems
• Oversee and train junior technicians
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
• EPA certification
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
