Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for two full-time Special Education Teachers for the 2025 / 2026 school year. This contract position is based in an elementary school setting located in Lowell, MA, and involves servicing both high school and early elementary students (grades 1 through 3).

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to diverse student learning requirements.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to monitor and support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior.
• municate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development and needs.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as required.
