Pay : $1,987.50 - $2,137.50 / week (DOE)

Schedule : Full-time (37.5–40 hours / week) | Follows school district calendar

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning styles and IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to support each student’s progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.
• Support classroom management and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Track and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development.
