New York Licensed Associate General Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal guidance on compliance, personnel issues, and policy drafting

Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and other legal documents

Manage outside counsel and oversee corporate legal processes

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor Degree and current license to practice law; New York bar admittance is a plus

Minimum 10 years of relevant transactional, corporate, and compliance experience

Experience with governmental procurement processes and Medicaid programs preferred

Previous in-house and / or large firm experience preferred

Experience managing staff
