Job descriptionPerforms in a variety of accounts receivable duties, mainly billing and payment application. Maintains records and files, accounts receivable documentation and miscellaneous filings. Performs basic audit functions to ensure proper posting to accounts. Prepares correspondence to assist in answering inquiries and resolving discrepancies. Assists in preparing month-end reporting to include printing various reports and creating spreadsheets. Prepares daily and weekly reports. Maintains job costing portal. Works with third party financers for compliance and payment application. HS diploma, or GED equivalent, and 3-5 years experience in accounting and accounts receivable. JD Edwards accounting software experience preferred. Related experience and / or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Strong interpersonal and communications skills are required. Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Office products. Strong interpersonal and communications skills are required.
