Job Overview
We're looking for a visionary Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of end-to-end digital experiencesfrom first click to repeat purchase. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of branding , performance marketing , and retention , ensuring every customer interaction is optimized for conversion, loyalty, and long-term value.
You'll own and improve digital touchpoints across Shopify , email , and other key channels, while collaborating cross-functionally to shape full-funnel journeys that blend storytelling with performance.
Develop and Execute Digital Strategy
- Lead full-funnel digital marketing initiatives that connect brand storytelling with performance goals
- Translate business objectives into high-impact strategies across acquisition, engagement, and retention
On-Site Branding & UX Leadership
Own the Shopify site experience from homepage to checkout, optimizing layout, messaging, and conversion elementsAlign on-site experiences with email, social, and paid media to create cohesive, performance-driven journeysCustomer Funnel & Retention Ownership
Design, execute, and iterate customer journeys that maximize conversion and LTVDevelop and optimize segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies to drive repeat purchasesServe as the retention expertowning CRM, loyalty, and re-engagement strategiesEmail Marketing Strategy & Execution
Partner with CRM, design, and content teams to deliver high-performing email flows and campaignsEnsure emails reflect brand voice, educate customers, and drive return visits to siteCross-Functional Collaboration
Work with product, analytics, and creative teams to launch campaigns and enhance user journeysAct as the strategic bridge between acquisition and retention teamsPerformance & Lifecycle Analysis
