Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists or CRM systems.

Introduce and promote the agency's insurance products (auto, home, life, specialty, etc.) with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Identify client needs through effective questioning and qualify leads for licensed agents to follow up.

Set appointments for licensed team members to review coverage options or complete quotes.

Track and update all call activity and outcomes accurately in the CRM or lead management platform.

Maintain performance metrics, including daily call volume, contact rate, and appointment conversions.

Build rapport and trust with potential customers to create a positive first impression of the agency.

Collaborate with the sales team to refine call scripts, share feedback, and support agency goals.

Comply with all company and insurance industry regulations, including proper documentation and privacy requirements.

Saturday Availability

Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional phone presence.

Confidence and enthusiasm when speaking with potential clients.

Excellent organizational skills able to manage call lists, notes, and follow-ups efficiently.
