URGENTLY HIRING : Outside Sales Representative - Roofing

Location : North Richland Hills, TX

Employment Type : Full-Time | Commission-Based

Compensation : $70K-$120K+ OTE (Uncapped Commission, Bonuses, & Tips!)

Industry : Residential & Commercial Roofing

Your Role : What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generate and close roofing sales opportunities
  • Perform roof inspections and assess damage
  • Present tailored solutions with honesty and clarity
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth client experience
  • Stay sharp on roofing systems, trends, and products
  • Work with a driven team to exceed goals and celebrate wins

    • Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience (roofing / construction a plus)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to safely inspect residential rooftops
  • Strong drive for commission-based earnings
  • Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
