Job descriptionStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment Familiarity with welding, cutting, and fabrication tools and techniques Commitment to working safely and following all safety procedures Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a team-oriented environment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. $21.00 to $30.80 per hour 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions Highly competitive benefits programs, including : Health Saving Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance Paid Bonding Leave, 10 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid Holidays

What You'll Be Doing
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on crushing, screening, and conveying equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime
- Weld, fabricate, and assemble components as needed for plant operations
- Inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe and efficient functionality
- Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement and safety initiatives
