Finance Director

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A - Fulfillment Services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the Fulfillment Services business

Deliver real-time financial insights and recommendations to influence decision-making

Simplify and scale finance processes using systems, automation, and data for improved efficiency

Required Qualifications

10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in high-growth or ecommerce environments

Deep FP&A expertise with experience managing large-scale data and financial systems

Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and scaling early-stage processes

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Proven track record of guiding strategic decisions in collaboration with executives
