Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join a high volume food manufacturing company. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise in both process and equipment to lead diverse teamsincluding technical and non-technical staff, contractors, and operations personnelwhile driving safety, quality, and operational excellence. You will oversee preventive maintenance programs, manage labor relations, and ensure equipment reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in maintenance leadership, a proven track record of improving equipment performance, and experience managing unionized teams. Skills and Requirements : Minimum 3 years of experience supervising engineers, maintenance technicians, and electricians. Experience working with and managing union employees. Strong technical knowledge of maintenance processes and equipment reliability. Associates Degree. Bachelors degree in Engineering. Background in the food industry.
