Job Title : Associate, Billing Analyst

Description : The Billing Analyst is responsible for the preparation of billing invoices for submissions to customers of various types of government contracts, accounts receivable collections and analysis, and financial reconciliations. You must be able to work with a team. You will be working closely with the Project Finance team and Contract Managers to ensure accuracy of invoices. You must be deadline driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment, organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities :

• Bill clients via PeopleSoft
• Review all of the transactional business
• Reconcile all data per the contract billing
• May participate in special projects and committees
• Effectively establish and maintain customer relationships on the account
• Assist customers with billing inquiries and follow-up with operational areas
• Create and maintain required spreadsheets to track / monitor various functions as needed
• Special projects as assigned

Salary Range : In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $48,500.00 -$88,500.00. For California, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $55,500.00 - $102,000.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
