This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin's Blue Moon landers and related products. To further Blue Origin's mission of millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface.

As part of a hardworking team, you will work on the development and execution of systems engineering processes and artifacts needed for the development of software-defined radios, RF amplifiers, and antennas in future space vehicles. You will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end compliance against safety and performance for all the RF hardware.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Support development of detailed requirement verification and validation plans to include change control, audits, and coordination with other teams.
• Support development and maintenance of interface control documents for all RF hardware
• Coordinate the development lifecycle artifacts required for gated reviews such as PDR and CDR
• Support and establish processes for the development of system safety artifacts such as FHAs, FTAs and FMECAs
• Coordinate the execution of reliability analysis for all RF hardware
• Supporting system and lower-level requirements management, including change control, audits, and coordination with other teams
• Develop the verification and validation plan for all RF hardware and support V&V activities. This includes, tracking V&V activities to successful completion, reviewing subsystem test plans and possible travel to test facilities when needed
• Coordinate with Integration & Test teams to ensure test facilities (including integration labs) have the required capabilities per requirements definition

Required for certain Job Profiles : Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
