Job Description
We’re seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Safety Manager to lead and strengthen health and safety initiatives across multiple construction and solar project sites. In this vital role, you’ll drive a culture of safety, ensure compliance with OSHA and industry standards, and minimize risk throughout all field operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Safety Manager :
Conduct detailed jobsite safety audits for both construction and solar installation projects.Lead engaging Toolbox Talks and safety meetings that focus on site-specific hazards.Participate in weekly scheduling meetings to assess and plan for safety needs.Facilitate new hire safety orientations and maintain all documentation.Oversee registration and insurance records for company vehicles and trailers.Maintain accurate safety logs, records, and equipment calibration schedules.Train employees in confined space entry, fall protection, and PPE best practices.Develop and review Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and Emergency Response Plans.Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and other safety regulations.Coordinate with HR on workers’ compensation, insurance, and injury reporting.Provide leadership and coaching to promote open communication and accountability on safety practices.Represent the company during OSHA, DEM, Fire Department, or other regulatory inspections.Qualifications of the Safety Manager :
4+ years of experience in safety management within construction or renewable energy (solar) environments.Proven ability to conduct audits, develop safety plans, and deliver effective training.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations confidently.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple active sites simultaneously.Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and commitment to fostering a safe work culture.Proficiency in OSHA, NFPA, and other safety compliance standards.Submit your resume today for immediate consideration!
