A company is looking for a Compliance Administrator to ensure the integrity and compliance of its national Field Service Partner network.
Key Responsibilities
Request and collect updated insurance and licensing documentation from Field Service Partners (FSPs)
Assist in creating and maintaining a nationwide licensing database for solar O&M requirements
Support Salesforce updates and maintain accurate compliance data records
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in compliance, operations, or administrative support
Experience managing documentation and tracking deadlines
Proficiency with CRM or database tools, preferably Salesforce
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Familiarity with partner / vendor compliance or insurance documentation is a plus
