JOB SUMMARY : The Senior Commercial Loan Administrator plays a key role in supporting the full lifecycle of complex commercial lending transactions, including origination, underwriting support, documentation, processing, and ongoing servicing. This position operates with a high degree of independence and discretion, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines. The role supports strategic business growth through cross-functional collaboration with lending officers and risk management teams, serves as a subject matter expert, and is responsible for developing and maintaining internal loan operations processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
WORK SCHEDULE : Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm
PAY DETAILS : The typical salary for this position is $69,498. Individual salaries are determined based on various factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity.

Administrative Responsibilities :
Reporting and Compliance Tasks : Responsible for the timely execution of recurring and ad hoc reporting tasks to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Monthly duties include generating Loan Maturity and SBA 1502 reports, maintaining appraisal and collateral tracking logs and coordinating post-loan audits. Daily tasks involve updating loan rate sheets and managing departmental mail. Duties include loan onboarding, regulatory checks (BOC, OFAC), appraisal ordering, title tracking and documentation of line of credit activity. Annual responsibilities include financial statement collection and submission of required state reports.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES : While this position does not have direct supervisory responsibility, it provides workflow guidance, procedural leadership, and acts as a Coordinator between the lender, borrower, internal departments and third party vendors.
