Summary :
We are seeking a Sales Operation Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the connection between the internal operation / logistic team and external customers, to solve customer issues and maintain solid relationships.
Team collaboration and contribution are essential, as the role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries and activities on a daily basis.
- Support the sales team by effectively communicating with cross-functional colleagues to solve customer issues and maintain solid relationships.
- Work with the operation and logistic team to ensure PO is entered in the system until shipment to the customer, send shipping documents to the customer, collect open AR, etc.
- Support customers in business development efforts including shipping, tracking, delivering packages, etc.
- Track customer activity and generate reports as requested by management.
- Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned as the business grows.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or meaningful experience.Fluent in both Mandarin and English in speaking and writing.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Customer detail orientated, excellent in follow-up, organizational skills and time management.Flexible to work at night (with Asia) if needed.
