In this position you will over see all operations in multiple locations that serve food or coffee. Managing staff, ensuring quality and food safety. Responsibilities include setting goals, ensuring compliance with health regulations and sometimes helping with service during busy times. This role requires traveling to multiple locations in NW Iowa, experience and a love for food service industry and may require long hours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily operations of the kitchen and dining area, ensuring efficiency, food safety and training.
Over see hiring, training, scheduling, and day to day supervision of food service employees and managers.
Manage budgets, monitor costs, ensure cash flow, handle payroll and record keeping along side site managers.
Monitor inventory levels. Address customer concerns and work to ensure high quality customer service.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Significant experience in the food service industry, serv safe a recommended but not required.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage staff and resolve issues effectively.
Strong attention for detail.
This position will require travel and could require long hours including days, evenings and weekends and holidays.
