Job description

A company is looking for an Online Community Manager to engage with its community and drive political impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the community platform, including onboarding, moderation, and member support
  • Coordinate live events and develop educational courses to enhance community engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to attract new members and drive community growth

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in mission-driven organizations
  • Proven experience managing a community of at least 3,000 members
  • Ability to drive conversions from community engagement to product adoption
  • Experience with community platforms, CRMs, and project management tools
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven growth strategies
