Warranty Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Warranty Support Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Assist automotive dealerships in Canada with warranty claims from start to finish

Analyze expense and frequency trends to identify improvements

Provide timely and accurate solutions for claim reviews through various communication channels

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

One or more years of customer service experience

Ability to work shifts from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time

Must be a Michigan resident with high-speed internet access

Experience in warranty administration or automotive dealership is a plus
