About BlueSky :

We are a clinician-led, patient-centered, collaborative behavioral health company of mental health professionals committed to improving access to high-quality mental health care. Each clinician is dedicated to evidence-based care and a conservative controlled substance prescribing style. Our goal is to make our services more accessible to those in need, including rural areas, via telehealth consultations.

  • Enjoy practicing autonomously in the best interest of the patient without corporate interference.
  • Reimbursement up to $240 / hour for clinical medication management, organized per code, with options for 20 or 30-minute follow-ups.
  • Option to supervise Nurse Practitioners at 300 / APN / month.
  • We are expanding with team-based models including therapists and prescribers.
  • Regular virtual team meetings to discuss cases and clinical topics.
  • Work from home with flexible days and hours; virtual team meetings.
  • Compensation based on patient and code billed; full-time clinicians receive medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance.
  • Seeking collaborative team players to coordinate between psychiatric and therapy providers.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Valid, unrestricted medical license.
  • Positive, non-judgmental attitude toward patients.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent patient-relations skills.
  • Significant psychiatric experience preferred but not required.

    • Salary Range : $130—$240 USD hourly
