Anduril's Manufacturing Digital Tools & Analytics team seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to join us. The team optimizes manufacturing operations through the implementation and management of procedures and advanced digital solutions, ensuring processes are efficient, scalable, and integrated with the latest industry standards.

About the job

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be involved in the internal deployment and adoption of Anduril's ProductionOS manufacturing software solutions. The right candidate has strong technical and analytical skills that can be applied in a real-world environment to drive business outcomes.

What you'll do

• Work with manufacturing and software leadership to develop and implement novel manufacturing software strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the manufacturing software roadmap with overall business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep manufacturing processes at the cutting edge.
• Drive adoption of manufacturing software solutions across the company, and own the feedback loop between users and developers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of manufacturing software standard instructions and best practices.

Required qualifications

Salary and benefits

US Salary Range : $111,000-$147,000 USD. Salary is an estimate and may vary based on experience, education, and other factors. Eligible for equity grants as part of total compensation. Anduril offers comprehensive benefits for full-time employees, including :
