Administrative Business Analyst
Position Summary
The Administrative Support Services group provides support to a large central information technology department that enables the University's excellence in education, research, and outreach through the delivery of world-class information technology solutions and resources.
Unit Specific Education / Experience / Skills
- Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in office procedures, or in performing responsibilities related to the operational activities of the employing unit;
- experience with word processing, database, spreadsheet, presentation software and / or desktop publishing, web page software;
or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Excellent communication skills; both written and oral
- Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Experience with project and office management
- Displays great attention to detail, prioritization, and the ability to work independently
- Demonstrates strengths in problem solving, forecasting potential issues, taking initiative, the ability to work as part of a team and independently on defined projects and assignments, and a dedication to continuous self-improvement
- Ability to work collectively with all levels of leadership from executive leadership to in-line management
- Experience with team building in a matrix format to create a center of excellence for administrative support services across the MAU
