As a Security Professional - Dispatch Patrol in Roanoke, VA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education and more .

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at an educational location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for students, faculty, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and coordinating security-related communications, responding promptly to incidents, and dispatching appropriate personnel as needed. You will help to deter unwanted activity by maintaining a visible and professional presence, while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication to all individuals on site. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
