Job descriptionTitle : Civil Litigation Associate Attorney Practice Area : Civil Litigation (Construction Defect, Property Disputes, Boundary Lines) Compensation : $160,000 - $230,000 / year (dependent on experience) + eligible bonuses Location : Seattle, WA Provide legal advice and deliver high-quality work to supervising attorneys or clients. Meet with clients to understand their legal needs and provide counsel. Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials. Draft legal documents in a timely manner. Strategize on case conflicts and approaches. Perform legal research and interview clients or witnesses. Interpret laws and regulations for individuals and businesses. Active member of the Washington State Bar Association. Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience (less or more considered based on expertise). Strong oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to client service and professional development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with PracticeMaster, TABS3, and Worldox is a plus. 100% coverage for Medical, Dental, and Vision (Blue Cross Blue Shield). 10 paid holidays annually (including one personal day).
