About the Role
We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Manager of Clinical Services to join our mission-driven team in Columbia, SC. In this leadership role, you'll oversee the coordination and delivery of healthcare services across residential and day programs that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
You'll provide direct supervision to nursing and clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion quality, person-centered care. If you're passionate about clinical excellence and community impact, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical services across multiple program sites, ensuring compliance with ICFs / IID, CRCFs, and HCBS Waiver regulations
- Supervise nursing, behavioral support, and medical records staff
- Evaluate care quality and implement improvements in health outcomes
- Participate in pre-admission evaluations and care planning for new program participants
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., physicians, therapists, pharmacists)
- Lead or support risk management and quality assurance efforts
- Maintain and update clinical policies and documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation for clinical oversight
What We're Looking For
