Here's what you'll need :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred)
A minimum of 5 years of progressive process engineering and project delivery experience in drinking water treatment, including process planning, evaluations, piloting, modeling, and detailed design
Proven experience working on drinking water treatment projects
Demonstrated understanding of drinking water supply, master planning, and / or treatment processes and technologies
Familiarity with State and Federal government regulatory frameworks related to water treatment
Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities
Professional Engineering license in Western United States or ability to transfer PE license (e.g. California, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Alaska, etc.)
Ideally, you'll also have :
Master's or other graduate degree in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical preferred)
8 or more years of direct experience in water treatment
A strong network with local municipalities or other water / wastewater clients

The base salary range for this position is $97,700.00 to $171,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
