Senior / Team Lead Desktop Support – Elite Quant Fund – New York

Up to $275,000 starting base + exceptional benefits / bonus package.

Location : New York City (Hybrid / Remote – 3 / 4 days onsite).

In this position, you will set up, maintain, and enhance workstations, mobile devices, servers, and conference room systems. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues that impact our mission-critical trading and enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and upgrade desktop, laptop, and mobile workstations, servers, and conference room systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for end users.
• Implement and maintain security, patching, and backup solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support high-availability trading infrastructure.
• Document procedures and maintain inventory of IT assets.
